The automatic sorter is suitable for the complex handling of large volumes of parcels in a high-efficiency environment, meeting the requirements for tight delivery schedules and quick turnaround times.
Our sorter is not just about speed and volume; it’s also about flexibility. It serves more than 20 destinations simultaneously and handles over 5,000 parcels per hour, all based on our in-house-developed sorting logic. This logic is designed to be flexible, allowing us to adjust the sorting process to meet your specific needs.

We benefit from a highly adaptable schedule with multiple daily flights from Frankfurt to the Scandinavian Peninsula. The transfer to the last-mile carrier occurs on the same day as the arrival of the eCommerce packages in the region.

We are committed to ensuring your packages’ efficient and secure delivery to any location within the Scandinavian Peninsula. Our service includes one delivery attempt for each package. Should the initial delivery be unsuccessful, the parcel will be made available for pickup at a designated Point of Delivery or Pickup (PUDO) location.

Our modular product includes a parcel return service from the end consumer to the retailer’s warehouse. Additionally, we provide an optional “Open Box” solution, depending on the destination.
> How long will it take for parcels to reach the final destination?
Parcels take approximately two to four days (depending on the region) to reach its destination from the moment it arrives in our eCommerce hub located in Frankfurt to its final address in the Nordic countries. For more precise information about delivery times, our customer service team provides weekly status reports if needed.
> What is the process for tracking and tracing my shipments?
We are API-integrated with all our suppliers in the supply chain. If you require up-to-date tracking information about your parcels, you may receive push notifications, and you can contact our customer service team for further assistance.
