We continue to grow and are looking for a new member to strengthen our Operations team. 

(Junior) Operations Manager / Logistics Manager (m/w/d) 

 for our headquarters at Frankfurt Airport. 

Your tasks in detail:   

• Optimizing operational processes and procedures for maximum efficiency while maintaining quality standards
• Identification of irregs
• Interacting with global customers and suppliers mainly for our Asia-Pacific lane
• Coordination of the international supply chain
• monitoring and steering of cross-border eCommerce-shipments
• Working closely together with the operations team, other internal departments, partners and customers in order to fulfill our service level agreement
• Tracking and reporting on operational performance

This is what we want from you: 

• Degree in Business/ Operations Management or equivalent as well as work- or internship experience in managing trade (Forwarder, 3PL, Customs Broker, Truck, Airline or others)
• Experience in airfreight / eCommerce industry preferred
• Strong solution orientated and organizational skills with focus to details
• Ability to analyze and improve operational processes
• Team-Player
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in Cantonese and/ or Mandarin are a MUST, fluent in English (B2/ C1)
